05-07-2008 - My husband is home!
Yesterday I could pick up my husband from the hospital! I'm so happy he's at home. He still has a lot of pain on his broken arm and chest, and also breething is a bit difficult for him. In 3 days we have to visit the hospital again. They are going to check everything. Maybe he needs a surgery on his arm, but that is still not for sure!

29-06-2008 - My husband got a motorbike accident
I will not be around here much the next period. Yesterday evening my husband got a terrible accident with his motorbike. He was just touring around and the next second he was laying next to the road. He doesn't know/can't remember what happened (something on the road, bike problems, another who hit him) but he ended up in the hospital at Intensive Care yesterday. He has 5 broken ribs, a broken arm and problems with one of his longs. He has to get a surgery on his arm, but they didn't do that already because of the long problems. Today they brought him over to a normal room. He has to stay for at least 2 weeks in the hospital and they expect recovery will take about 6 months. I really hope everything is gonna be fine, because he still isn't fully recovered from the accident he had in January when he was standing behind his car and a women drove her car against him. It's just to much......

I grabbed an old photo for this layout. It's a castle in the Netherlands. It's open for public and it's really nice inside. We did a tour in 2004 and it was very interesting to see how people lived in these kind of castles.
